Once you have signed up for a Scrub Club membership, you will receive a wash credit that can be used to book a car wash.

Each time your membership renews, you will receive a wash credit. You can optionally buy more wash credits if you require more than one wash per month.

Simply book an appointment with us, and our professional team will come to your preferred location in Brighton with all the necessary equipment and supplies. We’ll wash and clean your car to your satisfaction while you go about your day.

No, we come fully equipped with all the necessary tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies needed to wash and detail your car. You don’t have to provide anything for the service.

We offer a range of services, including exterior and interior car washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, window cleaning and tire dressing. We bring our services directly to your location in Brighton, saving you time and effort.

To add an upgrade, log in to your account and click on the upgrade(s) you would like to have on your next wash. Some of our upgrades are reoccurring andcan be removed by clicking on them again.

The duration of the car washing process depends on the specific services you choose and the condition of your vehicle. Typically, our services take anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour. We strive to provide efficient and timely service without compromising on quality.

Absolutely! We use high-quality, acid free and Ph balanced car washing products that are safe for all types of vehicles. Our team is trained to use the right products and techniques to ensure your car’s finish and surfaces are protected during the cleaning process.

Yes you can re-book your wash. As long as you re-book your wash 24 hours before the date of the original. To do this, log in to your account and select the date you desire. This is subject to availability.

Yes, you can move the map pin that we have saved for your vehicle by logging in to your account and going to the membership section.

Yes once you have had your second wash, you can cancel at anytime with no restrictions. If you haven’t already set up a password go to the setup / forgot password page and generate a password. Login to your account and find your subscription. You can cancel or make changes here.’

Sadly, if you cancel your membership before you’ve had 3 washes, you may not be invited back to our platform or may have to pay a joining fee.
